Triumphant Trio: Modi, Dobhal, and Dr. Jaishankar Leading India's Diplomatic Renaissance



On one hand, the opening of a temple in an Arab country; on the other, the release of eight Indians from Qatar. In the news of sheer joy, many people remembered that Kulbhushan Yadav had not yet been spared. There is nothing wrong in remembering, but those people never recall Rabindra Kaushik, whom Indiraji bestowed with the title of Tiger. No one recalls that he was immortalized by Salman and Salim Khan through films made on him, but when Rabindra Kaushik's identity was revealed, the government turned a blind eye. People have also forgotten that we spared 93,000 Pakistani soldiers but completely disregarded 75 prisoners of war. Even today, no one remembers them. Currently, we cannot discern the government's policy for the repatriation of the eight Indians.

When PM Modi engaged in talks in Dubai with Sheikh Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, there was hope in everyone's mind for a positive outcome. The death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment, and today those individuals have returned home unharmed. Additionally, the remaining LNG contract expiring in 2028 was renewed by reducing $6 billion. And as if there were nothing else to be done, he delegated the task to the CIA... Presently, India's lobbying in the USA is predominantly handled by the Pentagon. Despite these widely acknowledged facts, what can we say to those who believe they possess superior knowledge in geopolitics and diplomacy compared to Dr. Jaishankar and Modi?

આ વખતે કિતાબઃકથાનો વિષય હતો  હિન્દી સાહિત્ય અને યોગાનુયોગે બેઠકને દિવસે હતો હિન્દી દિન.  હિન્દી સાહિત્ય વિષે શું વાંચવું અને શું ન વાંચવું એ મોટી દ્વિધા હતી. કોલેજકાળમાં જોયેલા રજનીગંધા થોડા સમય પૂર્વે ફરી જોઈ હતી એટલે મન પર તાજી હતી. મનુજીની મૂળ નવલિકા પર આધારિત ફિલ્મની વાત પછી પણ સૌથી વધુ ભાવાત્મક લેખાતી નવલકથા આપ કા બંટી વિષે ખાસ જાણ નહોતી . શરૂઆત જેની પરથી રજનીગંધા બની તે કહાની ' યે હી સચ હૈ ' થી કરી. એ પછી સાવ ઓછી જાણીતી એવી ત્રિશંકુ પણ એક એવી કહાની છે જે લેખિકાની આપકહાણી ન લાગતે  લાગે જો એમની કથક ડાન્સર દીકરી  રચના યાદવનો ઇન્ટરવ્યુ ન વાંચ્યો હોત.   અલબત્ત આ બેઉ નવલિકા હતી એટલે એક નવલકથા વાંચવી તો બનતી હતી. મન્નુ ભંડારીની સૌથી ચર્ચિત નવલકથા છે આપ કા બંટી . એટલે સૌપ્રથમ વાત એની કરવી રહી.  કથાની નાયિકા શકુન પતિ અજયથી અલગ રહે છે પોતાના આઠ વર્ષના દીકરા બંટીની સાથે. શકુન જેટલી ચીવટ પોતાના કામમાં વર્તે છે એટલી જ જવાબદારીથી બંટીને ઉછેરે છે. એટલે બંટીને માટે મા એવી વ્યક્તિ છે જેને કોઈ સાથે શેર કરી શકાય નહીં. અજય કોલકોત્તામાં રહે છે. સેપરેશન છે પણ કાયદેસરના ડિવોર્સ હજી
